Prestige Property Repairs began trading in 2003 providing a reliable and quality building & maintenance repair service. The main aim of the company has always been to carry out quality work in a neat & tidy manner with a professional approach and personal attention. Founded by two tradesmen who have been in the building industry for over 25 years, one a plumbing & heating engineer and one a plasterer but with a wide range of building maintenance & repair skills and we wished to share these skills with the general public, We take a lot of pride in our work and are very proud of the jobs we complete. Our staff has proved to be the key to the success of the company. In such a labour intensive industry, we have developed the ethos that our company is only as strong as our weakest employee. Prestige Property Repairs will go out of their way to ensure their workforce and sub-contractors are professional, honest, efficient, and effective and that all work carried out is completed to the highest standards. We pride ourselves on our expert knowledge, attention to detail and professionalism. Most of our work comes from recommendations and repeat business from satisfied customers. Even though in these times, the recession in Northern Ireland has hit the building and construction industry hard we are proud to say that we have seen very little reduction in our work schedules and we believe this is because you are only as good as your last job. Fantastic Tradesmen
It is good to know that I found Tradesmen who are, honest, reliable, craftsmen and very reasonable to pay. I employed Brian and Paul to do a number of jobs in my home and after watching “cowboy builders” etc., I was weary of builders, but when I read Prestige Property Repairs, ratings and recommendations on the internet I was happy to let them quote for my jobs, their estimate was satisfactory and I had other ones cheaper but I was always told by my Grandfather “don’t go for the cheapest, you wouldn’t buy a cheap TV that will last 1-2 years you would buy a good one that will last years” So I accepted Prestige Property Repairs quote and I am very glad I did. I wanted my lounge and kitchen walls knocked down, all walls plastered, new kitchen, new bathroom, They were here every morning on time, cleaned up after themselves, and all the work was done to the very best standard, I am so proud of my home now. I would highly recommend Prestige Property Repairs to anyone and I will certainly be using their service again in the future
